6. Procedure for Lost/Damaged Packages

If your package experiences any issues:

1. Damaged Package: Immediately take photos of the package and product condition, then contact us within 24 hours.
2. Lost Package: Contact us if the shipping status has not changed for more than 7 days.
3. Insurance Claim: We will assist with the claim process with the courier.

• Complete address with RT/RW
• Correct postal code
• Landmarks or reference points (if needed)
