We want to ensure your satisfaction with Remawah Botanical products. This returns policy is designed to provide a comfortable and secure shopping experience.

1. Returns Period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.

2. Returns Conditions

Products can be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • Product has not been used or opened
  • Original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • Product seal is still attached (if applicable)
  • Include proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)
  • Product is not in the non-returnable category (see point 3)

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with damaged packaging due to buyer negligence
  • Products purchased through resellers or third parties
  • Products returned after 7 days of receipt

4. Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@remawahbotanical.com with subject "RETURN - [Order Number]"
  2. Required Information: Include reason for return, photos of product in original condition, and proof of purchase.
  3. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send return instructions.
  4. Ship Product: Return the product according to the instructions provided. Ensure secure packaging to prevent damage.
  5. Inspection: We will inspect the condition of the returned product within 3-5 business days.

5. Returns Shipping Costs

Buyer Responsibility

Return shipping costs for change of mind or incorrect orders are borne by the buyer.

Remawah Botanical Responsibility

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped products will be covered by us.

6. Refund Process

After return approval and receipt of product in acceptable condition:

  • Refund will be processed within 3-7 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on bank/payment gateway policies
  • Original shipping costs are not included in refund (except for defective products)

7. Product Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please submit a return request and place a new order for the desired product.
